Processing Times

Original artwork, prints, ornaments, and other handmade items are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, art shows, or special collection launches.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking information provided whenever available. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Sarah Baker Art LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Packaging

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Sarah Baker Art LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork so we can help determine the next steps.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because artwork is personal, handmade, and often created in limited quantities, Sarah Baker Art LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork, custom pieces, or personalized items.

Prints & Other Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order information and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
